Coconut

Instructions
Grind together jeerakam, coconut and garlic with a little water. Keep aside.
In a pressure cooker, add washed basmati rice, ground jeerakam and coconut paste.
Pour water as required and salt into it.
Cook for 5 minutes.
:- Do not let the pressure cooker to whistle.
Keep out of flame for another 5 minutes.
Mix well before use.
:- Serve hot.
