1 cup Basmati rice2 - Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/2 cup Coconut (grated)1 no Garlic pod (optional)Salt (As reqd)Water (As reqd) Grind together jeerakam, coconut and garlic with a little water. Keep aside.In a pressure cooker, add washed basmati rice, ground jeerakam and coconut paste.Pour water as required and salt into it.Cook for 5 minutes. :- Do not let the pressure cooker to whistle.
