Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into thin lengthy pieces and wash and drain the water completely.
Add the flours in a Bowl and add all other ingredients and slowly add water and mix them to make a loose dough.
Add washed vegetables and leaves.
Boil the oil in a pan.
When boiled, put the dough spreadingly like pakoda spread and fry till cooked on low flame.
Drain the oil.
:- Serve hot with any sauce.
