Mixed Vegetable Pakodi

Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm French Beans
  • 1 no Potato big
  • 50 gm Carrot
  • 1 no Capcicum big
  • 2 nos Onions big
  • 4 nos Green chillies
  • 100 gm Gram flour
  • 30 gm Rice flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Asafoetida A pinch, Kaayam
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Ginger A small piece
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Coriander leaves A few

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the vegetables into thin lengthy pieces and wash and drain the water completely.
  • Add the flours in a Bowl and add all other ingredients and slowly add water and mix them to make a loose dough.
  • Add washed vegetables and leaves.
  • Boil the oil in a pan.
  • When boiled, put the dough spreadingly like pakoda spread and fry till cooked on low flame.
  • Drain the oil.
  • :- Serve hot with any sauce.
