Ingredients
- French beans - 50 gm
- Potato(big) - 1 no
- Carrot - 50 gm
- Capcicum(big) - 1 no
- Onions(big) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Gram flour - 100 gm
- Rice flour - 30 gm
- Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida(A pinch, Kaayam) -
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 1/2 cups
- Oil for deep frying -
- Ginger(A small piece) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Coriander leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables into thin lengthy pieces and wash and drain the water completely.
- Add the flours in a Bowl and add all other ingredients and slowly add water and mix them to make a loose dough.
- Add washed vegetables and leaves.
- Boil the oil in a pan.
- When boiled, put the dough spreadingly like pakoda spread and fry till cooked on low flame.
- Drain the oil.
- :- Serve hot with any sauce.
