Malai Poori

Makes delicious and soft poories

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Maida
  • 2 nos Potato small
  • 1 tbsp Dalda
  • 1 tbsp Rava
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water to mix
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes and mash them well.
  • Mix together maida, salt, rava, mashed potatoes and dalda.
  • Add enough water if needed to make a smooth dough.
  • Keep this aside for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll it to small poories using a chappati board.
  • Fry each in oil.
  • :- For puffing the poories, press them down slightly while frying with the chattukam used for frying the poories.
