Instructions
- Boil potatoes and mash them well.
- Mix together maida, salt, rava, mashed potatoes and dalda.
- Add enough water if needed to make a smooth dough.
- Keep this aside for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll it to small poories using a chappati board.
- Fry each in oil.
- :- For puffing the poories, press them down slightly while frying with the chattukam used for frying the poories.

Though recipe excellent, maida and dalda not good for health. Can we use other equivalent items than these two items?
