Cucumber Raita Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cucumber
  • 1 no Tomato
  • 1/2 of Onion
  • 2 nos Green chillies slit
  • 1 tsp Peanut powder roasted and crushed coarsely
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 2 cup Yoghurt
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Peel cucumber and chop in cubes.
  • Chop the tomatoes and onions.
  • Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
  • Add the peanut powder, coriander leaves, sugar, yoghurt and 1 tbsp water(optional).
  • Mix everything well.
  • :- Serve with rice as side dish.
