Peanut powder
roasted and crushed coarsely

Coriander leaves
chopped finely

Yoghurt
Salt
As reqd

Instructions
Peel cucumber and chop in cubes.
Chop the tomatoes and onions.
Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
Add the peanut powder, coriander leaves, sugar, yoghurt and 1 tbsp water(optional).
Mix everything well.
:- Serve with rice as side dish.
