  • Peel cucumber and chop in cubes.
  • Chop the tomatoes and onions.
  • Mix together cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chillies, salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
  • Add the peanut powder, coriander leaves, sugar, yoghurt and 1 tbsp water(optional).
  • Mix everything well.
  • :- Serve with rice as side dish.
