Pepper Peas

Easy spicy peas curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 no Onion cut into very small, thin pieces
  • 2 nos Green chillies sliced
  • 1 no Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cook green peas with few black pepper and salt.
  • Grind together the grated coconut and the pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves and stir fry.
  • Add tomato and stir.
  • Add cooked peas and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add coconut paste and stir for 5 mins.
  • Add sliced onion and green chillies.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
