Pepper Peas
Easy spicy peas curry
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 no Onion cut into very small, thin pieces
- 2 nos Green chillies sliced
- 1 no Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
- Cook green peas with few black pepper and salt.
- Grind together the grated coconut and the pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves and stir fry.
- Add tomato and stir.
- Add cooked peas and stir for 1 minute.
- Add coconut paste and stir for 5 mins.
- Add sliced onion and green chillies.
- Remove from fire and serve hot.
