Grated coconut
Oil for seasoning

Instructions
Grind coconut, green chillies and ginger into a paste.
Mix the above paste with the beaten yoghurt.
Add salt and mix well.
Season with mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves.
:- This is a good accompaniment for any curry made without tamarind(kootu variety).
:- This pachadi is also tasty just eaten with plain rice.
