roast the peanuts and grind it dry in the mixie

Sesame seeds
roasted
Coriander leaves(chopped)

Red chilly powder
Salt
As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Boil the potatoes by adding salt in the pressure cooker.
Cut the top of the capsicum (around the stem) and remove the seeds.
Sprinkle a litle salt on the inner surface of the capsicum and keep aside.
Mash the potatoes and add chilly powder, sesame seeds, coriander leaves, peanut powder and salt to it.
Mix all the ingredients.
Stuff the capsicums with the stuffing (mashed potato mix).
Fry in oil (do not deep fry).
:- Serve hot with rice and dal.
