Firm ripe fresh tomatoes

Green chillies
Fresh coriander leaves
A bunch

Fresh coconut grated
Salt

Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes by dropping the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes until skin splits.
Cool and peel the skin and chop.
Grind the tomatoes, green chillies, coconut and coriander leaves in a liquidiser.
:- There is no need to add water as tomatoes will release enough water.
Add salt and serve.
:- This chutney is best served with puris.
