  • Blanch the tomatoes by dropping the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes until skin splits.
  • Cool and peel the skin and chop.
  • Grind the tomatoes, green chillies, coconut and coriander leaves in a liquidiser.
  • :- There is no need to add water as tomatoes will release enough water.
  • Add salt and serve.
  • :- This chutney is best served with puris.
