Ingredients

Firm ripe fresh tomatoes
2

Green chillies
Fresh coriander leaves
A bunch
1/2
cup
Fresh
coconut
grated
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes by dropping the tomatoes in boiling
water
for a couple of minutes until skin splits.
Cool and peel the skin and chop.
Grind the tomatoes,
green chillies
,
coconut
and coriander leaves in a liquidiser.
:- There is no need to add
water
as tomatoes will release enough
water
.
Add
salt
and serve.
:- This chutney is best served with puris.
