Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, vinegar and garam masala and keep it for 20 mins.
Heat oil to the pan.
Splutter mustard seeds and saute red dry chillies, curry leaves,
cinnamon, cardamom, onion, chilli powder and garlic paste.
Mix it in low flame for 4 mins.
Add marinated chicken.
After 5 - 10 mins, add water as required, less is good.
Add salt to taste.
Cover with the lid and cook for around 15 mins.
