Ingredients
- Chicken - 900 gm
- Garam masala powder -
- Turmeric powder -
- Red chilly powder -
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 3 -
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 5 -
- Onion - 200 gm
- Mustard seeds -
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 5 -
- Garlic paste -
- Vinegar -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with turmeric powder, vinegar and garam masala and keep it for 20 mins.
- Heat oil to the pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute red dry chillies, curry leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, onion, chilli powder and garlic paste.
- Mix it in low flame for 4 mins.
- Add marinated chicken.
- After 5 - 10 mins, add water as required, less is good.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cover with the lid and cook for around 15 mins.
- :- Your Kerala Kohlapuri is ready to be savored with rice, chappathi, naan.
