In a bowl, add all the ingredients except the jam.
Mix the ingredients to get a smooth and soft dough.
Using your hand, shape out a levelled spoon of dough into a ball.
Do the same to the remaining of the dough.
Place the shaped out balls onto a greased baking tray leaving adequate space between each ball.
Using your finger or the end of a flat spoon, make a small indendation of 5 mm in the centre of each ball.
In this space add about a 1/4 tsp of jam (make sure not to overfill it).
Bake them in the oven at 350F or 175C for 15 mins.
