Mutton Liver Masala (Kaleji Masala)

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Mutton liver small pieces
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, big
  • 2 nos Tomato finely chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Everest mutton masala
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mutton thoroughly and drain water.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
  • Add all the masala.
  • Finally add the liver and mix well.
  • Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with bread or roti.
