Everest mutton masala

Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Wash the mutton thoroughly and drain water.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
Add all the masala.
Finally add the liver and mix well.
Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
:- Serve with bread or roti.
