  • Wash the mutton liver pieces thoroughly and drain water.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.

  • Finally add the liver and mix well.
  • Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
