Ingredients
- Mutton liver(small pieces) - 250 gm
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Everest mutton masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Wash the mutton thoroughly and drain water.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
- Add all the masala.
- Finally add the liver and mix well.
- Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with bread or roti.
