- 250 g Mutton liver Small pieces
- 1 No. Onion Finely chopped, big
- 2 Nos. Tomato Finely chopped
- 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
- 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Everest mutton masala
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Wash the mutton liver pieces thoroughly and drain water.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add tomatoes and saute until a little oil is released.
Add all the masala.
Finally add the liver and mix well.
Keep stirring occasionally for 10 - 15 mins on low flame until the masala turns brown.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
