Egg burjee

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • Chilly powder A pinch for colour
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg nicely with a spoon and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
  • When it becomes light brown in colour, add tomato and fry it again.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, egg mix and salt for taste and fry it again on a low flame.
  • When it becomes dry, switch off the flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
