Cut the plantain flowers into small pieces.
Soak it in curd before a day which reduces the bitterness.
Pressure cook the flowers with little salt and turmeric powder.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add chopped onions and fry till it becomes tender.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Add chilly and coriander powder and fry well.
Add the pressure cooked plantain flowers to the pan.
Add the ground masala, salt and little water.
Mix thoroughly.
Cover it with a lid for 2 mins.
:- Serve hot with chappatis.
