Carrot Vadai

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Pottu kadalai powder
  • 4 nos Red chillies chopped
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 nos Onion chopped thinly
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 ltr Oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix together pottu kadalai powder, grated carrot, red chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, onions and salt in a bowl with little water.
  • Make the mix into small balls, flatten it to form medium thick shapes and drop them in boiling oil.
  • Turn over both sides until they become golden brown colour and crispy.
  • :- Serve immediately.
