Egg Britoms

An easy and delicious dish

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Boiled eggs
  • 2 nos Onion sliced
  • Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • 2 nos Tomato sliced into small pieces
  • Coconut oil
  • 2 nos Curry leaves
  • 1 no Brinjal cut into long and thin pieces
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder

Instructions
 

  • Fry sliced onion in coconut oil in a pan till it turns slightly golden brown.
  • Add garlic-ginger paste and saute.
  • Add curry leaves and sliced tomatoes and fry for 2 - 4 mins till it is done.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix well.
  • Grind this in the mixie for 2 mins.
  • Put this in a bowl.
  • Add salt to brinjal pieces and mix well and fry it in coconut oil.
  • Cut boiled egg each into 4 pieces and put in the bowl.
  • Decorate with fried brinjal pieces.
  • Your EGG BRITOMS is ready!!!!!!!!!!!
