Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Fresh green chillies
  • 150 ml Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • 50 gm Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Make lengthwise slit up to one quarter length to each green chilly.
  • Filter the lemon juice to get rid of any seeds or other materials.
  • Cut the ginger into shreds.
  • Add both the chillies and the ginger shreds to the lemon juice.
  • Add salt.
  • Stir well and preserve in a jar.
  • :- Use as pickle.
