Aahaa Chicken Munch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken pieces with bones
  • 100 g Corn flour
  • 50 g Maida flour
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 cup Bread powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 350 ml Refined oil
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 10 nos Green chillies

Instructions
 

  • Mix corn flour, maida flour, egg white and salt in a bowl to prepare thick dough.
  • Apply ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and some salt to the chicken pieces and marinate for one hour.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the dough and roll in the bread powder.
  • Take oil in a frying pan and boil.
  • Reduce the flame and fry the chicken pieces until it turns to deep brown.
  • In the same oil, fry some curry leaves and length wise split green chillies and sprinkle them over the fried chicken pieces.
