White sesame seeds powder

Finely grated jaggery

Ghee

Instructions
Mix wheat flour and maida and prepare a smooth dough adding water.
Mix grated coconut powder, jaggary powder, white sesame seeds powder and cardamom powder.
Add ghee and mix again thoroughly.
Prepare pooris with the dough.
Put the mixture as a ball in the center.
Fold the poori over it and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Heat oil in a frying bowl.
Deep fry the kajjikais on medium flame until brown.
