  • Mix wheat flour and maida and prepare a smooth dough adding water.
  • Mix grated coconut powder, jaggary powder, white sesame seeds powder and cardamom powder.
  • Add ghee and mix again thoroughly.
  • Prepare pooris with the dough.
  • Put the mixture as a ball in the center.
  • Fold the poori over it and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • Heat oil in a frying bowl.
  • Deep fry the kajjikais on medium flame until brown.
