- Yellow Peas : 500 Grams -
- Chopped Onions : 2 Cups -
- Chopped Tomatoes : 2 Cups -
- Ginger(garlic Paste : 1 Spoon) -
- Split Green Chillies : 6 nos -
- Red Chilly Powder : 2 Spoons -
- Mustard Seeds : 1 Spoon -
- Turmeric powder : 1 Spoon -
- Salt : As required -
- Refined Oil : 150 ml -
- Curry Leaves : 1/4 Cup -
- Coriander Leaves : 1 Cup -

Instructions
- Soak the Green peas overnight . Wash and boil on medium flame till the peas become tender.
- Add oil to a deep bottomed pan and heat..
- Splutter the mustard seeds, add chopped onions and turmeric powder, curry leaves and saute well. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, red chilly powder and sufficient salt. Mix thoroughly and replace lid. Allow to simmer on medium flame till tomatoes are smooth.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Chapaties. Also serves as Snack item.
