Ghee
Instructions
Cook rice. Spread it in a wide plate.
Take milk in a vessel and boil it until reduced to 700 ml. Keep aside.
Take ghee in a frying pan and warm.
Add a pinch of hing and all the other ingredients except salt and splutter.
Mix them with rice.
Add curd and salt. Mix well.
Allow it to cool.
Add thick milk before serving.
