Powder two whole red chillies and 2 tsp of coriander seeds.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil into a frying pan.
Add the coarse powder to the frying pan. Stir and leave to fry for about 3 mins.
Add chopped garlic to the pan and fry till golden.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan.
Cook for 2 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and stir.
Turn down to medium heat, cover, and leave until the tomatoes are soft.
Heat about 1 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in the frying pan.
Add 3 g of coriander seeds.
When the seeds will start to crackle and pop, add the paneer cheese.
Fry for about 2 mins until a little bit golden.
Add the chopped peppers along with the salt and stir for about 1 minute.
Pour in the kadai sauce you prepared earlier.
Add a 1 tsp of kasoori methi and garam masala to the pan and stir till all the masalas are well coated.
Add chopped coriander on the top.
