Egg & Tomato Rice

Easy to prepare egg and tomato rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • 1 no Capsicum chopped
  • 2 - Garlic pods crushed
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Ajinomotto A pinch
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the onions and garlic and saute well.
  • Add the eggs and scramble well.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for a while.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add pepper powder, soya sauce, ajinomotto and salt and switch off the stove.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
  • :- Kids will love it.
