Easy to prepare egg and tomato rice

  • Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the onions and garlic and saute well.
  • Add the eggs and scramble well.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for a while.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add pepper powder, soya sauce, ajinomotto and salt and switch off the stove.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
  • :- Kids will love it.

    hey, i tried ur receipe and it truly came out well…I also add celery to it.evryone should try dis…i`ve also sent a couple of receipes…plz hav a luk…keep posting gud receipes…
