  • Garlic pods(crushed) - 2 -
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomotto(A pinch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add the onions and garlic and saute well.
  4. Add the eggs and scramble well.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum and saute for a while.
  6. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  7. Add pepper powder, soya sauce, ajinomotto and salt and switch off the stove.
  8. :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
  9. :- Kids will love it.

it z very tasty and very easy to prepare.i use to make this in week ends as v hav little time to spend in kitchen during weekends.lol..:).everyone should try thins.thanx to linda
