Easy Sausage Curry

Boiled sausage in spicy gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Chicken Sausage
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • 2 nos Onion cut into small pieces, big
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 cup Canned tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Cut sausages into small pieces. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute garlic followed by onions and green chillies.
  • Saute till onions turn light brown.
  • Add chilly powder, salt and tomato puree.
  • When oil separates from gravy, add the cut sausages.
  • Pour required amount of water.
  • Cover and cook till sausage is cooked well.
  • :- It turns big and fluffy.
  • Garnish with little finely chopped coriander leaves.
