Easy Sausage Curry
Boiled sausage in spicy gravy
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut sausages into small pieces. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute garlic followed by onions and green chillies.
- Saute till onions turn light brown.
- When oil separates from gravy, add the cut sausages.
- Pour required amount of water.
- Cover and cook till sausage is cooked well.
- :- It turns big and fluffy.
- Garnish with little finely chopped coriander leaves.
