Coconut oil

Instructions
Cut brinjals into small pieces and fry well in coconut oil. Keep it aside.
Fry onion and garlic in the remaining oil.
Add fried brinjal and mix.
Add chilly powder and turmeric powder. Mix and fry for a while.
Add tamarind paste and salt and few drops of water. Mix well.
Cook for 2 mins.
Smash it well and add fried curry leaves.
:- You can use it with biriyani and rice, or as a substitute for pickle.
