Mix together maida and wheat flour.
Add some ghee and water to it and prepare dough like that of chappathi.
Add water to bengal gram and cook it untill it is smooth. Prepare a thick dough in mixy.
Fry the grated coconut powder in ghee until brown.
Add the coconut powder, powdered jaggery and cardamom seeds powder to the Bengal gram dough and mix well.
Prepare chappathis with maida and wheat mix.
Put the Bengal gram mix as a ball in the center of the chappathi and cover around so that the dough
ball is totally covered by the chappathi.
Carefully roll this again as chappathi.
Add ghee on frying pan and shallow fry them on both sides until brown.
