For preparing Fish Molly, make a thick paste of chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
Clean fish and marinate it with the prepared paste. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Slice onion, garlic, ginger and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry fish for 3 mins.
In the same pan, saute onion followed by ginger, garlic and sliced green chillies.
When you get the smell of green chillies, add tomato and saute well.
Add curry leaves and garam masala and saute it for 1 minute.
Add coconut milk to it and let it boil for a minute.
Add salt as needed.
Add fish pieces and allow it to boil until fish is done.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish it with a tomato rose.
:- This is best if u have any leftover fish fry. You can have it with bread or chappathis. Instead of coconut milk, you can add whole milk also.
