Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Season with mustard seeds, Bengal gram, black gram, cumin seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves ,cashews and peanuts(optional).
Add the finely grated ginger and green chillies and saute for 1/2 minute.
Add grated coconut and immediately add salt, pepper, coriander leaves and finally rice and mix well.
:- Serve hot.
note: ------- -This can be prepared as naivedyam for pujas.
