Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan.
Add the chopped onion with green chillies.
When it turns brown, add the chopped tomatoes.
When it becomes mushy, add the eggplant and stir.
Add the prawns with the pinch of turmeric and chilly powder and stir.
Add the garlic-ginger paste and stir until the raw smell goes.
Add salt and the water.
Put the lid on and after a while, take it off.
Add the sambar powder and let it cook again.
