Prawns With Eggplants Prawns with eggplants - Sunday lunch 200 gm Prawns (cleaned and washed)1 no Onion (chopped)5 nos Green chillies (cut lengthwise)5 nos Eggplants (cut lengthwise)2 nos Tomato (chopped)Garlic (ginger paste - 1 tsp)1 tsp Sambar powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)Oil2 glass Water1 tsp Chilly powder Heat oil in a saucepan.Add the chopped onion with green chillies.When it turns brown, add the chopped tomatoes.When it becomes mushy, add the eggplant and stir.Add the prawns with the pinch of turmeric and chilly powder and stir.Add the garlic-ginger paste and stir until the raw smell goes.Add salt and the water.Put the lid on and after a while, take it off.Add the sambar powder and let it cook again.Bon appetite!!
