Sweet And Sour Raisin Chutney

Very quick and tasty chutney!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Raisins
  • 3 nos Dried red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Puli
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • Soak raisins in warm water for half an hour. Drain out excess water.
  • Blend raisins in a little warm water for half a minute.
  • Drain excess water.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the raisin paste and blend to get a thick chutney.
  • :- This chutney is a good combination with Biryani. :- Can be served Chilled or at room temperature. :- Number of chillies can be varied according to one`s desired spice level requirement.
