Peas Paneer Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 1/2 of Onion
  • 4 nos Garlic pods big
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 7 - Green chillies Use 10 if u want to make it spicy
  • Cinnamon sticks A few, Karugapatta
  • 3 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 3 nos Cloves Grambu
  • 10 nos Pepper corns
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind togther ginger, garlic, onion and green chillies and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and pepper corns till it splutters.
  • Add the ground paste and fry it till oil and paste becomes separate.
  • Add in the paneer and peas and fry it in the mixture on medium flame till tender and cooked.
  • Add coconut milk and salt.
  • :- Serve with rotis/chappathis.
