Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 kg Raw bananasYamPineapple
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/2 ltr Curd
  • 2 12 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 10 nos Pepper corns

For seasoning:-

  • Mustard seeds As reqd
  • 4 nos Whole red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 12 nos Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Boil the vegpineapple in water alogn with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Once its cooked to perfection, add grounded coconut, curd, jeera and pepper corns to the cooking pot & bring it to boil.
  • Season the curry with coconut oil, mustard, whole chillies and curry leaves.
  • :- You need to grind grated coconut, jeera and pepper corns in a medium sour curd to make this recipe yummy with hot rice. :- Easy to make in 10-15 mins.
