Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Dry roast red chilli, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds in a kadai and powder them.
Add the cinnamon and clove.
Fry onion until it is golden brown in colour.
Add the ground masala and salt and cook well.
Add the cut brain pieces.
Add the pepper powder and cook without adding water.
:- Do not keep stirring as it will get mashed.
Cook the brain for a long time such that it is firm.
