Ingredients
  

  • 10 nos Small onions 1 big onion can be substituted, Kunjulli
  • 2 tsp Bengal gram deskinned, Kadalaparippu
  • 2 - Red chillies
  • 1 no Tomato
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a kadai and pour oil.
  • Fry the bengal gram till brown.
  • Remove it from oil.
  • Fry chillies and remove when brown.
  • Fry the onions till smooth.
  • Remove it from oil.
  • Finally, fry tomato till its tender.
  • Grind all items together.
  • Check for salt and chilly, which can be added accdg to ur taste.
