Mixture of dried herbs

White pepper powder

As reqd
Olive oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Take a bowl and add curd, salt, herbs and pepper powder and mix well.
Make deep incisions on the chicken breast and put it into the curd mixture.
Marinate it well for 2 hours.
Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it.
Once hot, shallow fry the chicken both the sides on low flame.
:- This can also be Grilled.
:- Serve hot with any kind of spicy dip.
