  • 2 nos Chicken breast
  • 100 gm Fresh hung curd
  • 1 tsp Mixture of dried herbs
  • 1 - White pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Olive oil for shallow frying


  • Take a bowl and add curd, salt, herbs and pepper powder and mix well.
  • Make deep incisions on the chicken breast and put it into the curd mixture.
  • Marinate it well for 2 hours.
  • Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it.
  • Once hot, shallow fry the chicken both the sides on low flame.
  • :- This can also be Grilled.
  • :- Serve hot with any kind of spicy dip.
