For making puris:- Mix together all the ingredients to make a smooth dough. You can also add 1 tbsp oil(optional) to the mixture for smoothness.
There is no need to beat the dough.
Make chapathis out of it and cut out very small round puris approximately 3 - 4 cm diameter.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Gently drop the puris. Gently press the puris so that it swells into a single bubble.
Keep the fire slow and keep on turning the puris till its golden crisp.
Take out pooris and drain on paper.
For making the filling:- Mix together all the ingredients given adding enough salt to taste.
Heat it gently and keep aside.
For making the pani:- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend well.
:- Check for the taste. It should be a mixture of sweet, sour and chilly.
For making pani puris:- Make a hole in the centre of the puri and first put some filling.
Dip in pani and have.
