Spicy Chicken Fry

A tangy and spicy chicken fry from Karnataka

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 1 nos Onion chopped, big
  • 7 nos Green chillies
  • 3 tbsp Green coriander
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves Pudhina
  • 1 no Lime
  • 1" piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds Perinjeerakam
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with salt and lime juice for half hour.
  • Grind green chillies, coriander and fennel seeds into a paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute onions unitll translucent.
  • Add chicken and the masala and cook until the chicken is done.
  • :- If you want it fast and instant, lime juice could be added at the end.
